  • There are no changes at this time to current outdoor cultivation regulations. With the passage of the AUMA (Proposition 64) by voters on November 8, 2016, adults 21 years of age or older may cultivate up to 6 plants for personal use indoors or outdoors at their residences. Agencies may enact and enforce reasonable regulations to regulate this activity.   Any commercial cultivation requires a business permit.  Indoor, permanent structures only.
